Never apply for an American octane credit card. They will never send you the credit card but will charge $129 from your checking account and also charge you monthly fees without even issuing the credit card. Their contact number never has anyone attending the call and even if they pick their reply is that the concerned department is out of desk or is on vacation. They will never contact you back even if you leave your number to the person who attended the call. Their voice message recording length is so short that you can hardly leave your name. They will hardly reply to your emails. Finally THEY WILL NEVER EVER REFUND THE MONEY.
Their customer service is horrible like 2 persons for the entire company. I wasted 3 months contacting them for my refunds, they only promise you to refund but will never actually refund.I have a proof for all the promises they made, but could not do anything but wait.
