Baystate Heating and Air Conditioning has been a MASSIVE DISAPPOINTMENT to us. We hired them. We paid them. They eventually did a small portion of the job, and then THEY STOPPED WORKING. When we pressed them, they scheduled coming out to finish the work
-- BUT THEY NEVER SHOWED UP -- and, THEY NEVER CALLED TO LET US KNOW THEY WOULDN't BE THERE TO FINISH THE WORK. Despite rescheduling several times, THEY NEVER SHOWED, and NEVER COMMUNICATED. They STOPPED RETURNING OUR CALLS. They STOPPED TAKING OUR CALLS.
Their EMAIL IS NOT SHUT OFF. THEY HAVE OUT MONEY. WE HAVE NO HEAT. THEY ARE NOT COMMUNICATING. We give Baystate Heating and Air Conditioning the LOWEST RATING POSSIBLE!!!
