I made a $217.90 purchase from Blountys on June 5, 2009 – it is now June 27, 2009 and I have yet to receive my order. In the conformation e-mail that you receive after placing an order it gives you a direct contact (email and phone number) where you can reach someone in case of any questions or problems. I placed my first email only two weeks after my order was placed asking to be notified of its status … I have yet to get a reply from the company. After not receiving a reply I then tried every phone number for the company that I was able to find and the only thing that I found after calling was a message to their customers saying that the box was full and to try back another time. This went on for another week. I was finally able to get through but not to a person, I was only able to get an inbox … which I doubt will be of any use. Did I mention that June 8, 2009 the money for my purchase was taken from my account and cleared …? This is the same company when placing orders says that if you make your order before 3pm that day it will be shipped out the same day … FREE UPS! Horrible company!!! I will never do business with them again nor will I ever refer anyone to them.
