whittier Car wash damaged my vehicle and refuses to repair my car to the origianl condition. We were told to get estimates for the damage but the manager told us that he would only pay 500.00 and that we should just drive with the mirror scratched up because it was not a big deal. they buffed out the paint without our consent which revealed the primer below which they thought was okay. Very rude and they did not even refund the price of the carwash (which was a horrible job!) their carwashes are terrible and I usually have to come home and finish the job myself. I just went there because it was close to home. Never again! Whittwood car wash is so much better and more thorough. Don't waste your money or time at this poorly run establishment! They should not get any stars on their rating. The management is also extremely rude! They should realize that it was their fault and to fix their mistake and not make us compromise for their error!
