Purchased a 36' Sylvania TV less than a year ago. TV goes blank, I paid for the warranty/insurance at time of purchase. Set appt for serv. Tech to come out and fix tv, on 11/12/09. Have not heard from Brandsmart since. I have to call them weekly just to get a another story on why the part has not come in yet...Have spoke to VP of customer service and still they are just trying to locate the part. What happened to replacing the TV or atleast a prompt service repair. As of today 12/22/09 the parts are still not in and no clue as to when they will be in or where its at.

In regards to your review:
Our records do indicate a replacement TV was provided to you on December 31, 2009. As an added courtesy, we included with your replacement, a one-year complimentary warranty. This is in addition to the manufacturer's warranty, now giving you two years of service on this TV.
