Fraud a den of thieves that are crooks

This outfit formally known as Benchmark capital are thieves. I had a 60 month lease for a piece of equipment with them, after 2 years loan was sold to another company and two years after that benchmark or now Cobalt helped themselves to money out of my
account via a ASH that the had when they had the authority to do so. They never explained why the felt that after selling my loan that 2 years later they could take money out of my account. My loan is paid in full and today I get a letter from Benchmark capital
that i owe them an additional 4,500 due to a put clause that i signed. I am fighting this and have started legal action against this company. I recommend you don't finance or lease anything with these guys and go direct to your bank- first you will get a better
rate and second you wont get scammed. I got scammed by Benchmark aka Cobalt funding. Its only a matter of time before these guys get raided by FBI for this fraud they call a finance company.
