I placed an order this website on Feb 13, 2011. The item has been charged to my credit card, but I have not received the item. After 6 weeks I checked the online status and saw that it was 'waiting to ship'. I emailed to see if they could tell me when to expect this item, or what the shipping delay was. After another week and no response, I emailed again - still no response.
This item is a gift for a birthday in 11 days. I have now run out of time to order from any where else, and have no other way to contact any one there. There is no phone number listed on their website. I'm worried about the item not arriving in time, but am more concerned that I will not see my $74 either. Be cautious of ordering from this website, especially if you need it in a timely fashion.
