Traumatizing

On 6/6/2019, I had a horrible traumatizing experience with Dr. Shafa that I have never been through in my entire life. I came in for a lite non-invasive procedure to minimize the appearance of large pores on my nose and Dr. Shafa had decided on her own to do an aggressive procedure that burned the tip of my nose off. I knew something was wrong when the burn gave me excruciating pain, I can smell the burn of my flesh, and saw the tip of my nose was flat when she showed me the mirror. I was so scared that I lost sleep for 4 weeks and I was shaken in bed. I couldn’t look at myself in the mirror, I declined all gatherings, and refused to get of the house unless I have to. She has ruined my life.
