Management refuses to pay for damage done to my vehicle. I have been coming to El Segundo 5 minute car was for quite some time. The employees always tape my rear wiper blade. The one time that they did not (not known to me), it broke off. The employee took pictures and said that the manager will get back to me. I have not heard from him yet. All that i want them to do is pay for the part which is 94.50. I will have my brother install it. This business has very unprofessional business practices. El Segundo Car was should accept reasonable liability for damages done to vehicles.
