I am a long term user of Endicia, and like many long term users have been effected by their downsizing. It is nearly impossible to get a response back from support when they have an issue. The first time I was able to get a response back from support, it took them a MONTH! I have now been having the same issue for almost 9 months now, and am still being charged despite it not being fixed. WHEN support will respond, they pick a keyword from your email and go with it. They use automated responses with bulk paragraphs that they copy and paste, which are a waste of time and have nothing to do with what you actually asked about. Most instances the support ticket does not even appear to have been read in the first place the response is so unhelpful. Also, they give out incorrect information regarding USPS. I have confirmed on multiple occasions they have stated policies and I have confirmed with our postmaster that those are not USPS policies at all. Refunds are impossible... LAUGHABLE in fact. Also, when USPS has an update that changes MAJOR policies, they are late to update their software to be compliant. A recent example of this cost us $100 in wasted postage and two angry customers. We never received a response to our many inquiries regarding this. They just state the new USPS policy and refuse to admit it happened in the first place. Just as soon as I am able to find an appropriate replacement we will be dropping Endicia and not looking back.
