This company should NOT be trusted. I took them my Grandmother's watch for repair, and they sent it out. They told me it would cost $175. So I told them no, I couldn't afford it. Then I was three weeks late picking it up and they "LOST IT". They didn't have it and because I lost the claim ticket I was out of luck. They are thieves!!!!!!!!!!!!
