Had a small disaster in the bathroom due to a burst pipe. I was in panic mode prior to these people saving me. Everything was done very smoothly, even the repairs and cleanup. They were also quite understanding of my stressed-out situation. Bravo for reducing a catastrophic event to a small, bearable blip on the radar.
