Wilted Flowers from the first minute!
I had a floral arrangement sent to the funeral home for my brother-in-law. We're out of state so I had to take my chances. Bad move! We walked into the funeral home the minute they opened for us. As we made our way around the people and other arrangements, we came to the one we'd sent. On the flower website the arrangement was blue and white. The arrangement we saw did have white. However, the contrasting flowers looked like a very faded lavender color. They were hydrangeas. Goodness only knows what color they started out. I doubt it was blue, or even purple! To make matters worse, and probably the cause for the color, was the fact that they were SO WILTED that soaking them in ice water for hours could not have revived them. I was utterly embarrassed! Flowershopping.com? Never again!!!!! If I could have given zero stars I would have. All that for $200. When I called customer service to complain they said that since I didn't have a picture they couldn't do anything. Who thinks to take a picture at a loved one's viewing?
