I ordered a costume for halloween 2008. Unfortunately my bust was too big to fit it so I sent it back in enough time to get an exchange in time for Halloween. I called the company and asked if i'd get the new item in time he said they are really quick and he did not see how i would have a problem. I never received anything....period not even after the holiday i had to buy a whole new costume. Now I am calling the company to get an exchange but no one returns my calls. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.. I can't wait to be rid of dealing with this company.
