The most positive and constructive way I can put it, is, it's the not the place to take your vehicle for service work if you are not a returning customer or own a vehicle within the lines they sell. I understand and respect loyalty to a point, and business must be good enough otherwise, but I felt that taking my vehicle to them not as a returning customer, and with a vehicle that is not one of the lines they sell, I was treated sort of like 'gum on their shoe' and def. was placed at the BOTTOM of the pile as far as any priority to work being done on my vehicle.
