I lived at a GDR property for 6 months and had a great experience. I am sorry to say that one of the BBB complaints was mine, but after speaking with the Owner of GDR it seems I acted preemptively when initially filing this complaint, so I quickly moved to have the issue updated to resolved on the BBB report. They were great to work with and very reasonable when resolving this issue that it turns out was just a misunderstanding on my part.
