Still Haven't Gotten My Jacket.

I preordered a jacket in December. I was supposed to receive it in January. They sent an email that there was a delay in the manufacturing of the jackets and they would be shipped the week of Feb 2nd. On February 9th I got an email that the shipping label was created. When I contacted the company I was told everything left the warehouse and I hadn't gotten it yet because of the weather. I contacted the usps and they told me it had never gotten to the post office. Now I'm waiting to find out what they're going to tell me this time. I've ordered from them several times in the past with no problem. Nice way to treat your customer.
