This was a few years ago, but I had a problem with a bad alternator. Took it to this service center. Stayed there with my two children most of the day. Around 3 pm, they started asking if I could leave it there overnight. It's my only car and I said no. They kept asking, I kept telling them no. They closed at 4. They started telling me they had to close soon, could I please leave it with them. We'd been there since about 1 pm. Again, I said I couldn't. About 20 minutes to 4, they told me the part was on its way. At 10 minutes to 4, they said they were installing it. At 5 minutes to 4, it was ready. I drove it home and drove around during the weekend. Monday morning on the way to work, it was having trouble again. I did not want to go back to Goodyear. I got it towed to Toyota Service and paid again for another alternator. I contacted Goodyear and they said I should have given them a chance to fix it. They did not test the part they installed. I don't go there anymore.
