BE AWARE!!!!! NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH!
An order was place with Head 2 To Sportswear March 15th, 2010 with Ton C. For custom uniforms for our
organization. Money orders for payment were mailed to Head-2-Tô Sportswear
on March 15th, 2010. As of April 23, 2010 our organization cancelled our
order due to no communication on placement of order and no delivery of
uniforms after numerous reported attempts to contact Head-2-To Sportswear
were made to Ton C. Of Head-2-Tô Sportswear. However money orders were
never returned and were still cash on May 12, 2010.
Based on a May 12th conversation with Head-2-Tô Sportswear representative
Jeff and my Organization it was mutually agreed Head-2-Tô Sportswear would overnight a reimbursement check in the total amount of $486.00 would be mailed. To date no check has been mailed and again Head-2-Tô Sportswear refuses to return phone calls and has made no other attempts to communication with my Organization. This company has taken monies from a youth organization did not deliver the product and refuses to communicate or refund monies. I have never filed a complaint on a company in the past but to take from the youth is just plain wrong.
Don't be a victim of this company.
