I ordered some jewelry boxes from this website for my bridesmaids' gifts... took way too long to get in, so I had to buy others from a different store. Then, I was not able to return them, due to an interesting loophole in policy: the company says you are not allowed to return 'high quality' items, and interestingly enough, almost all items have the words 'high quality' before them in their name. So, now I'm stuck with these things. I got what I ordered, but I felt the return policy was pretty crappy... plus, whenever I try to call them to speak to someone directly, I get instantly connected to voicemail.
