I really can't say enough good things about Nicholas and everyone else we worked with over the last three months. Nic worked out of our offices for over 4 weeks over the entire engagement with the rest of is time spent remote. Nic was able to break things down in a way that made sense, and more importantly explain it to the people in our office. He was able to come up with new processes that simplified some of the worst hated tasks by our staff. He then did what he could to make everything simple and easy to implement. Definitely recommend Nic and his team for anyone looking to get serious about their business and finding inefficiencies in processes.
