Just host is a webhosting company and I signed on with them for a year in May of 2009 through May 2010.
I cancelled my web hosting account with them because of poor customer service, in May 2010. I switched companies and informed Just Host via email several times, and also cancelled it on their web site. Still, one year later they are sending me a bill and threatening emails for my "subscription" for the coming year. I have emailed them and they acknowledge in writing that they received the email notification yet still refuse to cancel the account.
I believe that they make it impossible to cancel your account and try to bully people into paying for services NOT rendered. I would avoid them if you are thinking of using them for a company.
