Do NOT do business with this company!They are a reseller and don't care about customer service.
I ordered flowers for Mother's Day and was guaranteed delivery same day. The delivery was never made, yet Flowers.com is claiming delivery was made..which is a lie. My mother is going out of town and I wanted her to have these flowers today to enjoy for the weekend.
I am now embarrassed as I called to ask her if she got a package and she went looking all around and up and down the street.
When I called flowers.com, after waiting on hold ofr 20 minutes, I spoke with a lady who kept repeating that the florist "confirmed delivery" at 5:21. She didn't seem to be able to comprehend my statement "my mother did not get them. They were NOT delivered". She said she'll have to call the florist tomorrow before taking any action.
I don't expect I'll ever see those flowers or my money. Big mistake on my part for having used them. I hope they go out of business.
