This company put me in my Mother-in-Law's doghouse today - my husband is the one who locked the door and all because I trusted a Mothers' Day order to this company. I got a confirmation last week and they did not deliver yesterday as promised. When I called for assistance I was kicked off their customer service line (and I use that term loosely, in this case) TWICE. When I finally got a person I'd already spent 25 minutes on hold in total and she put me on hold AGAIN while she tried to reach the florist (it was 7:35 PM on a Sunday night!) She told me that a manager would phone me in 10-15 minutes. It is now over 2 hours later. No one has phoned. She refused to give me a name or a phone number where I could reach a manager and two more tries on the customer line only got me two more hang-ups. After all this, I have called my credit card company and put a block on the payment. I have e-mailed to tell them to cancel the order, that they won't be paid. I am telling all my friends on Facebook to avoid the company at all cost. Better to be in the doghouse for not even trying to satisfy the Mother-in-Law. If you have not yet ordered from this company do NOT even bother - you're asking for trouble. I will NEVER try them again. (Aand by the way, their hold music is two songs over and over and over and they are LOUD and it is an uncomfortable hold to say the least - getting kicked off was adding insult to injury.)
