HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! We ordered a scooter for our son last year, with the promise that it would be shipped to us before Christmas 2010. We recieved it - but everything on it was WRONG!! They had attempted to "UPGRADE" the scooter but nothing about the sizes were correct. It was even missing parts, the skid tape was put on wrong. We also ordered a KOTA tshirt and hat. The tshirt was supposedly on "back order" and the hat they sent us was so dirty it looked like it had been taken off a top forgotten shelf. We sent it back and were told that we would have it within a few weeks. I called, emailed and even tried to put a claim in through PayPal. Nothing worked. $324.78 AND STILL NO SCOOTER!!
We got an email back from Gary on 2/25/11 saying "Sam, we will check into it right away. Gary" NOTHING!
We submitted a complaint with the LA BBB in April 2011. They closed the complaint because Gary Schuetz never responded.
All I want is my MONEY BACK!!
