Terrible company

This is a terrible company to deal with. I need to reiterate what someone else said about their employee Jason since he did the same thing to me - sending plumes of dirty black sewer water spewing out of the sewer all over my basement. When I complained to the company telling them that when they fix something their employees should be responsible for any damage they cause, the company told me they have no policy to punish negligent employees.That basically means they condone employees negligence since nothing will be done to them. This is why this Jason keeps getting away with damaging homeowner's property. If I could give them zero stars I would have; they don't even deserve the one star I had to give.
