My husband and I have contacted this company after receiving a mailing. After researching, I found a website. The info looks good, but absolutely no information regarding cost for services is mentioned. Obviously they are a business and need to make money. I understand that their service may be worth the price, but I think their advertising practices are a bit misleading. I am referring to vague mailings with my mortgage amount listed, as if they are affiliated with my lender. I am fully aware of the disclosure statement on the bottom of the page stating, "This information was obtained through a public record. We are not an affiliate of,... nor endorsed by your lender." The fact that it states, "Final Notice" in bold print and lists the person's lender can confuse some people.
