Well, all of the reviews I have read, are right on the mark! Management One stole our deposit $2,254.00 and they must have friends in Riverside Superior Court because the Court allowed them to get away with it! The first Judge made the right decision and ordered Management One to pay our deposit back; however, the Management One office manager asked for a Trial De Novo, and found the Judge she wanted--our case was dismissed, with Management One keeping our deposit of $2,254.00!!
