They did an OK job of finding tenants and getting my property rented. If the tenants did not pay they were pretty effective at posting the proper notices notices and collecting the rent. They did handle the evictions also if necessary. However I feel they failed to keep adequate supervision of the property and allowed the tenants to completely trash and damage the inside. When they finally got them out and we saw the inside of the house I realized I was looking at tens of thousands of repairs. They had a contractor who handled the renovations which I regret using. They overcharged me for the work and when I tried to get some of the unfair charges reduced the office manager Cara became very difficult to deal with and threatened to have a lien put on the property. Also some of the repairs were not completed but they really were not interested in what the customer wanted but just in getting their money. I would check around with some of the other management companies before using Management One.
