I ordered 2 memory cards on Jan 14 with a 7-10 day delivery. It has been 15 days and nothing. I called their number for customer service 1-877-308-9800 and the person answered with a "hello" only. I asked if this was memory to go and he said yes and I TOLD him my name and that my order has not been received yet, he said he would call me back and I gave him my phone#. That was 2 hours ago. I had charged this to my credit card, and with no waste of time the price was immediately charged to my account---15 days ago>.
