Mission Living's customer service is awful. I ordered furniture by phone, speaking with Angelica, who described herself as "owner". I received a prompt email confirming that I had placed the order, but the confirmation did not list the specifics of my order. I replied to the email requesting a confirmation of all the details of my order and never received a reply.
Two months later I received the furniture with the wrong stain. I spoke again with Angelica, who informed me that the manufacturer had made an error. I was to repack (no small project) the furniture and send it back, and the correct furniture would be shipped within two weeks. After following her instructions, making numerous unanswered calls and emails, and receiving promises of shipping dates that were repeatedly broken, we did receive the correct furniture--- two months later than promised and four months after our original order. Throughout the whole ordeal Angelica never apologized.
