Hello,
They have a competitive service but a very lousy customer service.
I understand they are a small company and maybe most of the staff is in UK so it takes time to answer emails, I get that. But as email is the only way to contact them (no phone number), it should be perfect and answer you within 24 hours as their website says. Also, nobody seems to be able to fix some technical issues.
I am very frustrated with them and had to cancel my service because of that.
The only direct contact they had with you was with a chat when you want to subscribe, they will ask you many many times to subscribe TODAY without even reading your question.
Maybe we have to call the Glendale office to have things moving..
