Terrible Service

OverCtrip is only an agent, and they are extremely RUDE. I've booked 6 days trip to Europe, and because of the strike in Paris, I had to change flight, and request to change airport pick up time. They've changed it for me, but they said change the pick
up time was CHEATING. The attitude toward client was TERRIBLE. If you are traveling to Europe, I'd suggest you go direct to GoEUGo http://www.goeugo.com, this is the travel company OverCtrip using in Europe, GoEUGo provides much better service than OverCtrip,
and they are very flexible, and end of the day, it's GoEUGo you are traveling with. If you are looking for a friendly customer service and customer care experience, I'd strongly suggest you AVOID OverCtrip. I am giving one star, I would go lower if there's
option of no star.
