Review 6/3/2010

We purchased a fully loaded Polaris Razor S in late June of 2009. We had a certificate from Polaris giving a $20.00 credit when we purchased accessories. Since we purchased several accessories, we asked that this credit be applied to the purchase price.
The owner stated that since the paperwork had been completed, he did not wish to redo the paperwork but would give us credit in the file for any future purchase or maintenance.
On May 27, 2010, we purchased a new battery and requested the credit be applied to the purchase price. The owner refused stating the credit expired after 1 year. Since it was less one year, we asked that he look at his record of sale. He acknowledged that the sale was less than one year but he stated that the certificate was no longer valid.
He stated he would not honor his credit that he gave us at the time of sale.
