Trying to contact this company is near to impossible. I joined one of their online dating services and had trouble accessing my account. When clicking on the link to reset my password (even though I knew what it was)I was told an email would be sent with my correct password. This never happened. I then clicked on the link to contact their customer care and emailed them my issue. I had paid for a subscription, but was unable to use it since I could not access my account without my password, which never came to me via email. Their generic response was to click on the link to have my password sent to me. Didn't I just explain that I did this and the email never arrived? After several more emails back and forth they then told me I could retrieve my account info by providing my credit card information after accessing my account information. So now, they have a months paid subscription from me, I have no way to access my account and no way to cancel my subscription since the all elusive password is needed to do this and I can not access my account to reset the password ...It is a horrible catch 22.
If you decide to try the online dating service, I suggest pof.com (plenty of fish)at least they are free and accessing account info to change passwords, etc is easy.
