The people at Perfect Environmental Systems are very nice. Unfortunately, their service is abominable. We ordered a heat pump system from them, and were told it would take about a week to get here and two days to install. That was on February 29. They took out our old heater on March 18 and started the installation of the new system. After dozens of phone calls, postponements and excuses on their part, the new system was finally completed on April 29. That means we had NO HEAT for SIX WEEKS! In addition, we rearranged our schedule to accommodate them numerous times when they did not show up to work, nor did they call to tell us they weren't coming. Their follow-up service is no better. Over a week ago I called to ask for information about adjusting the thermostat, and they promised to call back the next day. I still haven't heard from them. I would suggest that anyone who deals with them should be prepared for delays.
