Our experience with Perry Complete Floors was exceptional from the beginning. We tried working with a big carpet company, but never felt completely comfortable. Everyone at Perry, starting with the Laura who greeted us at the door and ending with the install crew, treated us with respect, taking the time to make sure our questions were answered clearly. I especially enjoyed the install guys; normally several anonymous someones that come in, do their work and leave. This group was different. Personable, humorous and very approachable with my questions about why the doors are dragging and how to solve the problem, making sure the answers were available to me.
I strongly recommend this company; offering the products of a large company with the personal appeal of a family owned small business.
