I chose Pro Vehicle Shipping based on the reviews I had read and was hopeful that I would have good luck as others had. I did not. I waited nearly 6 weeks for them to ship my vehicle before finally canceling the order. It took over a month for them to tell me the truth, that they couldn't locate a carrier. The representative assigned to me outright lied repeatedly, stating "everything is all lined up, the driver is just waiting on a couple more vehicles". In reality there was no driver. Instead of being honest and telling me they couldn't fulfil my order they held on to it for 6 weeks, delaying the shipment of my vehicle. I would never recommend Pro Vehicle Shipping to anyone. Unfortunately my experience with them was terrible. I don't fault them for not being able to find a carrier, I do however hold them responsible for not being honest. Had they been upfront with me I could have looked to another company, but because they lied repeatedly I am now in a difficult position and very short of time. Honesty is everything in business and in my experience with Pro Vehicle Shipping, honesty was their shortcoming.
