We have searched all of our records and do not show any owner with the name of Brandon and last name starting with H. We have emailed him through this webpage with no response so i cannot validate this review. It may be fraudulent or from someone who is disgruntled for whatever reason. When you deal with thousands of owners and tenants, it's very hard to give everyone their way, every time! Renttoday.us has a great reputation for customer service and it is incredible easy to reach us. We have an office full of staff, a receptionist who answers every call (not voice mail), we all have email, blackberry, efax, office fax, and we are open every day so to say you cannot reach us would be very strange? Also, cancellations are to be given in writing by fax or email or mail so not resonding to a call would not prevent a client from discontinuing services?? Maybe this poster is confused and is thinking about another managment company but it sounds nothing like Renttoday.us. Please disregard this post. Thank you.
