I placed an online order on the 14th of February and did recieve an email from "Ricky S." that stated one of my items was on back order and asked if it would be ok to recieve the rest of my order and send the backorder later. I responed that that would be fine. Several days later the order was still pending. After several phone calls to an answering machine with no return call, Email with no response and today I sent a fax requesting a response with my phone number, email and fax number listed. Today is the 21st. The order is still pending. Warning.... do not order from this company. I do not expect to recieve my order and you will NEVER get a response from anyone at this place.
