I had a very unpleasant repair experience with this company. They neglected to respond to numerous phone calls, not even the complaint filed with the BBB. Would rate them F-. I'm terribly disappointed as I attempted to shop locally and avoid the big box stores, however, now I see why people choose service over local ownership
