To my husband and I this company was God send. Out of 0 -10 we would definitely give it a number well beyond a 10. We are extremely grateful to Sharpline but especially grateful to Alex and Ashley, they did a superb job in our best interest. We tried to refinance with our old mortgage company for a while but they would not work with us and treated us like a number, very uncaring, and rude. Alex and Ashley were super nice, honest, hard working, and respectful. Both agents bend over backwards to make this experience pleasurable and easy. Alex explained everything in detail and to great extent, so we were able to look at this refinance deal from all angles.
