I absolutely LOVE this company! Their customer service is amazing. I had 1 shipping issue when they were switching warehouses, but they apologized, gave me a discount and made me feel more valued than I have ever felt at any other store, in person and online. I always work with the same few reps, but that's the great thing about shoedazzle, they value customer relationships over anything else. Even when I've called in and my usuals weren't available, I've never had a bad experience.
I love the shoes and the bags. I have gotten so many compliments on their stuff that I've probably turned more people on to their site than their advertising department! haha If only word of mouth counted as a referral credit! Hear that SD?! Just kidding. :-P
