I have worked customer service for a long time, if I treated a client like this, I would be fired on the spot. The person who wrote that response is looking over notes, he just started with that company, that is not how it was handled. First we drove to over 20 different houses all over Indland Empire, to be told "It was rented over the weekend." We rarely spoke to Andy because we were always told "hes out of the office, or on the phone." When we left a message we never recieved a call back. Gave them $105 for nothing they did nothing took our money and we never heard from them again. When we did recieve a call or an e-mail he talked down to me like some poop little girl. We do have a Doberman, but the Property Managment place we are dealing with now got us a house in 3 days, no co-signer, first month free rent, with the dog, the cost was $20, rent is $1400 in Rancho, a 3bd 2ba! Wow seemed like South Coast was working real hard for us, but Andy couldn't do it in 3 months! Many people I spoke with told me this place is a scam, too bad I found this out after the fact. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 0 stars
