I have been with SMC for 3 years last September. I do not have any problems with SMC, but I do have problems with e-merchantclub. (the place that handles the websites)I paid over $5,000 for the best website. I was told that my e-catalog and customer support would always be up to date. They LIED, I still have the Spring 2009 E-catalog and customer support will not help since I haven't upgraded since 2009. I have spent thousands of dollars on ads and promoting my webstore, but I have not once made a profitable year. Maybe it is something that I am doing wrong, but SMC nor e-merchantclub will help me out.
