So far our experience has not been good at all. We are stationed at Ft. Irwin, CA. We ordered 2 containers to be delivered and recieved email confirmation that 2 containers would be delivered, but then just before closing time we recieved a message that they will only deliver 1 container on the agreed upon date and a second container a week later (on the date that they were to pick up both containers). They say it is becuase we are so far out that they will only bring one at a time! But, they agreed to deliver 2 and already charged our credit card, and then they change. We are having so many problems. You cannot talk directly with the Riverside office, you talk to someone in FL and they can never do anything you have to wait for someone at Riverside to call you back. The whole process is frustrating and the incompetency is annoying. I would not recommend using them unless you have plenty of time and are not restricted to "their schedule". Don't believe when they say that you can move on your time! This is a good way to move if they would stand behind what they promise and confirm what will happen. They keep changing dates on us, being in the military you are on a time schedule and we cannot have this flip flop with dates all the time. I will post another review if this is all straightened out.
