Poor Service

Bought my scooter on 4-20-16 was told it would ship on 5-5-16. Every time Roadrunner goes there some one in the warehouse named Jeff tells the driver no pick up. Try to call and can't reach anyone. This is the biggest joke of a company. They got my money and I have no product. They will not even respond to e-mails. All I can say is beware spend you money somewhere else.
