I would give this business a zero if that was an option. I needed assistance preparing deeds on a very timely basis. I explained this to the Legal Docs rep and the person said to send them the info that night (Thursday) and they would get through it by Monday. I sent them the info and heard nothing back. I followed up Monday and they said my email went to their spam folder and they apologized (given I made it clear how timely it was normally a professional would give the customer a call and say they didn't receive the docs). They said they would definitely get through the docs by Wednesday. I called them back Wednesday and they answered the phone, I said who I was and they hung up on me. I called back and left them a message and sent them an email that I really needed these docs and to at least let me know if they weren't going to handle it for me. They didn't respond and so ultimately I had to go find another firm to help me which ended up taking me another week. I needed to get these docs signed timely and this company caused a week's delay. They are completely unprofessional and given their unprofessionalism I would seriously question their ability to do quality work. I strongly recommend you go elsewhere.
