Job-Well-Done

I just got home yesterday afternoon - in time to sign the closing documents and UPS them to the title company. Nancy spoke to the sellers; and, they got their stuff signed and sent to the title company yesterday, as well. I just wanted to email you and
say JOB-WELL-DONE! In my business, I spend time trying to coordinate all the personnel pieces that are always required to make our Contracts successful. Some butts you have to kiss and some butts you have to kick. NOBODY (except you) understands the tremendous
effort it takes to accomplish all that. People only see the successful (or unsuccessful) results. You have done what it takes to make this effort a success. I greatly appreciate everything. Thank you Mario and Jon
