I purchased a blu-rey player at Christmas. When it arrived it dii not work. I called tiger direct customer service. They told me I could send it back at my expense and wait 2 weeks for another one to be sent out. Or I could purchase another player and send back the original one. They would credit mt account within 10days of recieving the bad old. It is now 2 months later and I am still waiting for the credit. I've called 4 times and all I get is the run around. Every person tells me the same thing. It is being processed and I should see the credit in a couple of days.

We apologize for the experiece you've had. Any package returned to us properly authorized, gets processed within a few days of arriving to our warehouse. Your post does not provide any details such as order number or account # number etc, so we can assist you accordingly.
